Personal belongings must be stored only in the trunk and/or in the back seats, must be kept in boxes or suitcases. No loose items allowed. If the vehicle is overloaded extra charges will apply. ALL windows must be clear to see through. Front seats must be empty and able to move back and forward. Please note that your items not covered by insurance.

  • We deliver your vehicle within 5 to 12 days, based on its mileage. The complete specific transport time depends on the actual distance of movement.
  • Our drivers travel 700 to 1000 Kilometres daily.


  • Is my vehicle insured during transportation from?
  • We ensure all our vehicle shipments against any in-transit damage. This insurance also includes damage that may be caused by our employees or drivers. Alternatively, due to equipment failure damages by the assigned auto shipping or car transport truck. By law, all our drivers and transport trucks carry a minimum of $750,000 public liability insurance.

  • Does someone have to be present in Calgary?
  • You or another party must be present in person for both pick-up and delivery of the vehicle. This person is to sign the initial and final inspection reports.
  • This person can also be anyone you assign who must be over the age of 18.


  • Where my vehicle is picked up by the carrier truck and delivered?
  • The driver or the dispatcher will make specific arrangements as to the pickup and delivery to our terminal. On the other hand, and in most cases, our drivers can deliver right to your front door if you need us to provide the car directly to you. However, residential streets and their sides often have restrictions concerning large trucks driving into the area. In such instances, the driver may ask that you meet up in a larger parking lot. Alternatively, bring the vehicle to a location with a large parking lot, such as a grocery store in the case of pick-ups.
